An editor at the Washington Post gets a rude awakening when -- after a hail
of lead directed at him through his car windows -- Government Doesn't Work.

It's particularly instructive how the cops make a great deal of effort out
of "analyzing the shall casings," but they can't be bothered even to LOOK
UP the biggest "universally registered" piece of evidence -- the verified
license plate of the shooter.
